Privacy Policy

Last updated July 23, 2026

This policy explains how StopHighTurnover handles information submitted through this website. Do not submit candidate records, passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information.

Information collected by the inquiry form

If you submit the form, we collect the name and email address you provide, plus your optional referral source and hiring-context message. We also attach server-generated event, session, and anonymous identifiers and a fixed form source so the inquiry can be delivered once and attributed to this contact form. The hidden anti-spam field is inspected only to reject automated submissions; its value is never sent to our lead processor or analytics.

Operational and site analytics

We use a centrally managed analytics tracker through a first-party endpoint on this site. It may process ordinary page, device, referral, campaign, interaction, performance, and error information, including page URL and title, referring page, campaign parameters, browser-generated identifiers, screen dimensions, scroll depth, and time on page. We use this information to understand site use, diagnose failures, and evaluate content. We do not use a second advertising analytics path.

Why we use information

We use inquiry information to respond, assess whether our recruiting support may fit your needs, prepare a consultation, maintain the form's security and integrity, and understand which site experience led to an inquiry. We do not sell or rent personal information or use inquiry contents for third-party advertising.

ACR lead routing

After the server validates a genuine inquiry, it delivers the listed form fields server-to-server to our lead-routing processor. The browser does not call the processor's lead function. We show success only after the processor confirms an accepted HTTP response. This design avoids duplicate browser and server lead events and ensures spam caught by the hidden field is not forwarded or tracked as a lead.

OnceHub scheduling

After a successful inquiry, the thank-you page displays a scheduling calendar from OnceHub at go.oncehub.com. Loading that page connects your browser to OnceHub and shares technical request data such as your IP address, browser and device information, referring page, and request time. If you book, OnceHub also receives the contact and appointment details you enter in its calendar and handles them under its own privacy notice and retention practices. You can wait for our email response instead of using the calendar.

Hosting and security data

Our hosting infrastructure may process standard HTTP request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, request time, requested path, browser user agent, and response status. We apply body-size limits, same-origin checks, bounded fields, and restricted upstream destinations to protect the form and telemetry endpoints.

Service providers and retention

Approved hosting, analytics, lead-routing, and scheduling providers process information only for the purposes described above. We retain submitted inquiry and lead-routing records for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed to provide requested services, resolve a dispute, comply with law, or establish or defend legal claims. We then delete or de-identify them. Provider security logs and technical records may follow shorter operational schedules.

Your choices and requests

You may avoid the form and scheduler and contact us by email. Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete your inquiry information, or object to or restrict its processing. Email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and rights and exceptions vary by location.

Changes

We will update this page when our collection, providers, purposes, or retention practices materially change.
